How to order font customisation?

1. CHOOSE pochette COLOUR
2. CHOOSE the NUMBER OF FONT and the COLOUR of the THREAD (pc screen is recommended for wide viewing)
3. Add to CART and CHECK OUT
   • when you add the item to your cart you will find a ORDER NOTE, write your letter to embroider ( examples of each letter for each font are shown at the bottom of the picture )
   • in addition to the font type, there are various colour alternatives (for further requests please write to us in private)
    
4. COMPLETE THE ORDER with your details and payment, production will be completed within 2/3 working days. You will then receive an email notification with the tracking of the shipment.

How to order a photo sketch, text, drawing customisation?

1. As a first step, we advise you to CONTACT US privately to realise the design of your request (which will be shown to you before production). You can write to us from the website via the button on the right of the screen or in DM on Instagram
   
2. The production of the drawing will be done once the order has been placed. You will have to select the pochette colour and CUSTOMISED SLOT, in the order note field there is no need for any particular additions as we will trace the order back to what was written in private.

I need more articles with the same embroidery

• If you need MORE than 7 POCHETTE with the same or different embroidery, please contact us privately so that we can offer you a dedicated and favourable price.

Free shipping is guaranteed for all Italian destinations with a total purchase of at least EUR 75, for the whole of Europe (except Scandinavian countries and Switzerland) with a total purchase of at least EUR 150.

How do I know my order was placed correctly? 

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email informing you of your purchase. All shipments are created on the next working day after the order is placed; you will also receive all information by e-mail with tracking code.

If I am not present during delivery?

Our couriers will attempt delivery twice, if the recipient is absent both times the parcel will be held at the nearest point to you. You will be informed by notification in your physical mailbox and via online tracking.
