How to order font customisation?

• CHOOSE CAP COLOUR
• CLICK ON ADD PERSONALIZATION and enter the live customization screen.
• • Select NUMBER OF EMBROIDERY SIDE (the price changes as the amount of work increases)
  • CHOOSE THE FONT in the drop-down menu
  • CHOOSE COLOR TEXT
  • WRITE THE TEXT in the field corresponding to the side of the cap you want.
• ADD TO CART your customization and complete your purchase.
• Check out and COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE

How to order logo customisation?

• You can UPLOAD THE LOGO file (max 10 MB) in the box corresponding to the side you want to use and manage the preview by reducing/enlarging the uploaded graphic.

NB :It is IMPORTANT that the LOGO is STYLIZED. If you would like our opinion, please write to us in the chat (button at the bottom right) or send us a DM on Instagram.

Free shipping is guaranteed for all Italian destinations with a total purchase of at least EUR 75, for the whole of Europe (except Scandinavian countries and Switzerland) with a total purchase of at least EUR 150.

How do I know my order was placed correctly? 

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email informing you of your purchase. All shipments are created on the next working day after the order is placed; you will also receive all information by e-mail with tracking code.

If I am not present during delivery?

Our couriers will attempt delivery twice, if the recipient is absent both times the parcel will be held at the nearest point to you. You will be informed by notification in your physical mailbox and via online tracking.
