1. Clean the area thoroughly with a brush or clean cloth to remove dust and dirt; cut off any loose threads.
2. Place a sheet of baking paper (or a piece of fabric) larger than the iron on top of the patch.
3. Heat the iron to 200 °C. Place baking paper on the patch and iron evenly for 30 seconds. (If it does not stick well, repeat the operation.)
4. Once properly heat-sealed, wait 24 hours for the glue to dry completely.

Free shipping is guaranteed for all Italian destinations with a total purchase of at least EUR 75, for the whole of Europe (except Scandinavian countries and Switzerland) with a total purchase of at least EUR 150.

How do I know my order was placed correctly? 

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email informing you of your purchase. All shipments are created on the next working day after the order is placed; you will also receive all information by e-mail with tracking code.

If I am not present during delivery?

Our couriers will attempt delivery twice, if the recipient is absent both times the parcel will be held at the nearest point to you. You will be informed by notification in your physical mailbox and via online tracking.

Is the return accepted?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the product. It is important that the returned product is complete with all labels and in perfect condition. (not valid for personalised and/or discounted items)

Are there additional costs for return?

The costs of return shipping are borne by the customer.

How do self-service returns work?

When you log into your account on our website, you will find the option ‘request a return’ for the order you placed. You can add your reasons and start the return process.

What should I do if I don't want a refund but would like to change the size?

You will need to follow the standard returns procedure, whereby you will be refunded for your purchase without having to pay the return costs. You can then place a new order for the desired size.
