How to order logo customisation?

• You can UPLOAD THE LOGO file (max 10 MB) in the box corresponding to the side you want to use and manage the preview by reducing/enlarging the uploaded graphic.

How do I know my order was placed correctly? 

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email informing you of your purchase. All shipments are created on the next working day after the order is placed; you will also receive all information by e-mail with tracking code.

If I am not present during delivery?

Our couriers will attempt delivery twice, if the recipient is absent both times the parcel will be held at the nearest point to you. You will be informed by notification in your physical mailbox and via online tracking.

Is the return accepted?

Returns are only accepted for size and/or model changes within 15 days of receipt of the product. It is important that the returned product is complete with all tags and in perfect condition.

Are there additional costs for return?

The costs of the return and the subsequent shipment of the requested item shall be borne by the customer.
